**WHAT IT IS:** Pigment powder duo. **INCLUDES:** * Reykjavik: a pale ocean green with a silver undertone, 1.5″ DIA x 1.25″ H, 0.045 oz. * Arctic: a medium turquoise with a silver undertone, 1.5″ DIA x 1.25″ H, 0.045 oz. **WHAT IT DOES:** Dazzle onlookers with our finely-milled pigment powder. This highly-concentrated product can be used anywhere you want — on eyes, cheeks and lips. Sweep it on for a beautifully sheer wash of color, or layer for a more intense effect. Not tested on animals, paraben-free, fragrance-free, oil-free, talc-free. **HOW TO USE:** Dip brush in powder and tap lightly to shake off excess. Can be applied wet or dry.
